(2020年8月24日)总部位于新加坡的一站式海运电商平台海运在线(MarineOnline.com)日前宣布和新加坡劲升逻辑(CrimsonLogic)旗下全资子公司Global eTrade Services (GeTS) 签署了一项战略合作协议,双方将共享各自在集装箱、干散货和油轮市场的优势资源为现有客户提供更加全面的综合服务。 劲升逻辑是新加坡港务局和企业发展局共同投资的国际化电子政务解决方案提供商,在全球40多个国家实施了60多个电子政务项目。其全资设立的GeTS公司致力于为全球贸易提供从电子通关、全程物流到法律合规、金融支付等全套解决方案。GeTS平台连接了全球61个海关系统和 175,000家服务机构,每年处理的交易量超过2400万笔。尤其在集装箱订舱领域,GeTS系统可以支持超过70家集装箱班轮公司的在线订舱和后续物流跟踪服务。 海运在线是围绕船东提供综合服务的一站式电商平台,可以为船东提供从租船找货、海上供油、备件物料、港口代理到船员劳务、海运保险、船舶买卖、船舶维修在内的综合海事服务。截止到2020年7月,海运在线已经在全球500多个港口开发了超过6,000家各类海事服务商,尤其是在干散货和油轮运输领域,可以为船东提供覆盖全球的平台化服务。@@ 本次合作将采取深入的双向系统级对接模式,海运在线将在现有的平台中融入GeTS的集装箱订舱功能进入集装箱服务领域;同时,GeTS平台中也将调用海运在线提供的散杂货租船、油轮租船以及全球港口海上供油服务,满足GeTS现有的货主类客户在散杂货和油轮领域的物流运输需求,实现互利共赢。 “GeTS为全球贸易提供了非常优秀的信息化基础设施,本次海运在线和GeTS平台实现对接一方面可以让我们快速获得成熟的集装箱订舱解决方案,另一方面也让我们有机会为GeTS的全球客户提供我们擅长的散杂货和油轮运输服务,是一种非常好的资源共享和优势互补” 海运在线COO蔡虎(Tiger Cai)介绍说。 GeTS副总裁黄志强(Ng Chee Keong)表示“我们一直致力于用先进科技为全球贸易和供应链各个环节提供智能、无缝和安全的连接,让客户获得更加便捷、简单的一站式服务。本次引入海运在线的资源和服务让我们的连接更进一步,从集装箱市场跨入散杂货和油轮服务领域,让我们的生态系统更加丰富,为我们的客户提供更加全面的综合服务。” 根据双方的合作协议,上述服务的系统级对接将在2020年底完成上线,后续还将根据客户需求开展更加深入的平台和资源合作,在全球海运物流领域共同打造新加坡服务品牌。
