Visitors and pass holder with recent travel history to India will be denied entry into Singapore
The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history (including transit) to India within the last 14 days would be denied entry into Singapore. This regulation takes effect on 24 April 2021.
Similarly, the Port of Singapore will disallow crew change – in line with the authorities’ regulation. This includes sign-on crew travelling to Singapore by flight and sign-off crew from vessels and flights that have called at India.
